Info for Tour Operators

There are lots of special privileges just for Tour Operators. We're happy that you've trusted ComedySportz for years as an activity for your groups, so let us treat you well!

Guaranteed Group Discount

Comp Policy
ComedySportz has a 1 in 20 comp policy for all private and public shows. Reservations MUST be made in advance for these tickets.

Cancelation Policy
All deposits, once paid, are non-refundable. However, if your group does need to cancel, we are more than happy to hold your deposit for up to a year of their scheduled show time. You are welcome to apply that deposit towards any group you book with us within that year.

Bus Parking
At this time, we regret that we are unable to offer motorcoach parking at our facility. We advise all clients to use the free Motorcoach Parking that the City of Chicago has made available. Please contact us so that we may send you a map and directions!

Deposit/Balance Policy
Deposit of half the amount of the expected balance is required to confirm reservation. For Retail Tours, your deposit is due 30 days prior to showtime to allow for ample reservation time. For all pre-formed groups, deposit is due upon receipt of contract. Final numbers and balance due 48 hours prior to show time for all groups.

FAM Trips
